Pricing

All overseas orders will be charged in in their respective currencies, based on current exchange rates. Please be aware that prices displayed in your shopping basket are the current prices of the goods and the amount you will be charged for each item when submitting your order.

Some products have RRP of their original country printed on cover. Please refer to our website for the current price in UK.

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information, there may sometimes be errors, for example, in publication dates or pages, often the result of a late publisher change which may not have been fed through to our data providers. If you would like to query the publication information or other aspect of a title in our database, please contact us.

Ordering Process

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to process a cancellation. However should you no longer require your order once it has been dispatched, please refer to our returns policy.

Redelivery

In some cases, we are requested to redeliver the parcel if it has been returned by our courier because of one of the following reasons.

1) Receipant not in and an redelivery is not arranged with courier for a certain time.

2) Address is not correct.

We offer one free redelivery for every order. Delivery address will be confirmed with customer before the second delivery and customer may be requested to provide a contact phone number. We reserve the right not to deliver if no confirmation of address or contact number is given or the parcel is refused by customer.

In case a redelivery fails again or parcel is refused and returned, partial refund can be issued with regional charge of recorded delivery incurred both ways deducted.

Refund

User can request a full or partial refund in one of the following cases.

1) One or more of the products ordered are out of stock. In this case, the price of the books out of stock can be refunded.

2) Order is cancelled by customer before preparation. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

3) Redelivery of parcel fails. Partial refund can be provided in this case and regional delivery charge will be applied.

If no one can sign for a parcel which needs a signature or if parcel is refused at the delivery address and eventually the parcel is returned back , we reserve the right to charge the regional recorded delivery fee incurred both ways.

Acknowledgment of your Order

Once your order has been submitted, we will notify you via email to confirm status of your order. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 12 hours, please contact our Customer Services Team on service@behomy.com, alternatively, complete our contact us form.

Children

Some of our products are aimed at children, however these are not for purchase by children and must only be purchased by adults. Persons under the age of 18 may only use the site under supervision of a parent or guardian. Here at the Behomy we are opposed, on principle, to censorship, and on that basis will not rule out books that contain difficult topics or those that describe lifestyles at odds with our own. We endeavour to offer a wide choice of books, suitable to all readers, and will aim to accurately convey any potentially offensive content. However, we recommend that all purchases intended for children are thoroughly vetted by the parent/guardian before use with or by children.
